POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Manager to join our fast-growing operations team. This role is critical in managing the full lifecycle of inbound product movement—from purchase order placement through freight pickup and quality control—while supporting broader supply chain strategy and partner coordination. You will own key processes around production tracking, international freight, and food safety documentation, while also helping to bring new products to market efficiently and compliantly.
This is a full-time remote role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Inbound Supply Chain Operations
- Manage all inbound purchase orders (POs) and coordinate international freight and customs clearance to ensure timely and compliant arrival.
- Optimize inbound inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overages while ensuring co-manufacturing and warehouse readiness.
- Collaborate closely with supply chain partners to balance production schedules with company growth objectives and key dates.
- Maintain and improve inbound tracking tools, including PO documents, SKU setup process, ASN documentation, and reporting.
- Register and update products across retailer portals and traceability platforms
Project & Partner Management
- Manage cross-functional timelines and coordinate launch progress for new products using shared tools (e.g., Notion dashboards) to ensure team-wide alignment.
- Source and onboard new supply chain partners as needed, including manufacturers, warehouses, and freight providers.
- Support day-to-day communication and relationship management with co-manufacturers and suppliers.
Reporting, Systems & Process Optimization
- Operate and maintain the company’s inventory management systems (eg. ERP, WMS) and related integrations
