Role Overview:
Fishwife is looking for a Field Marketing Coordinator to support our national brand ambassadors, demo agencies, and merchandising programs. Fishwife’s current brand ambassador program includes 20 demo specialists across the country who execute regular sampling events in key retailers including Whole Foods Market, Sprouts, Costco, Murray's Cheese, and many more. This role will report to the Sales and Retail Marketing Manager.
What You’ll Do:
Field Marketing Program Management (50%)
- Recruit & Onboard: Assist with sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new brand ambassadors and merchandisers across key markets
- Training & Development: Ensure all ambassadors and merchandisers understand and are prepared to effectively deliver brand messaging, values, product knowledge, and demonstrate demo best practices
- Ongoing Support: Maintain consistent communication with ambassadors + 3rd party demo agencies/merchandisers, providing regular feedback, motivation, and performance coaching
- Content & Resources: Own, manage, and optimize the marketing content hub for ambassadors and merchandisers, ensuring they have access to current materials and resources
Roadshow & Demo Coordination (25%)
- Event Scheduling: Plan and coordinate demos and merchandising efforts across key regional markets in major retailers
- Logistics Management: Manage inventory restocks and ensure demo + merchandising teams are properly equipped with necessary materials and supplies
Data Analysis & Reporting (25%)
- Performance Metrics: Track and analyze success of demo programs, engagement metrics, and ROI
- Merchandising Analysis: Monitor and build out dashboards to track merchandising team performance and ROI
