Job Title: Community & Influencer Coordinator

Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in social media, influencer, and/or community management for a brand (ideally in the food and beverage space) required.
- Proven content creation experience for a brand – must be comfortable on camera!
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing, with proven ability to lead end-to-end initiatives—including strategy, outreach, gifting programs, relationship management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to and embody a brand’s unique voice, tone, and personality across all channels (must be able to speak like a Fishwife!!).
- Must be based in the US.
What You’ll Do:
💬 Social Engagement & Community Management:
- Monitor and interact with all tagged content on Instagram and TikTok—commenting, liking, and organizing high quality content.
- Respond promptly and thoughtfully to social media DMs (Instagram and TikTok), maintaining our warmly irreverent and confident voice.
📱 Content Creation & Curation:
- Support organic social content creation as needed — from playful, everyday posts to off-the-wall, why-didn’t-I-think-of-that viral stunts.
- Proactively identify emerging social trends, cultural moments, and creator-driven formats — and translate them into strategic, on-brand content concepts to bring forward for team alignment and execution.
